Privacy statement

The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your information. This site sets no cookies.
What you send us
If you send an enquiry, subscribe to Insights or unlock the checklist, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We use them to reply, to send what you asked for and to talk with you about working together. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to hello@pjpitchworks.com.
The Pitch Health Check
Your answers are scored in your own browser. They are not sent to us and they are not stored. If you choose “Share your results”, your email app opens with the results written in. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Booking a call
If you book a call, the booking page is run by a scheduling service. It collects the name, email address and time you choose, under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
If switched on, we measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites. We use it to see which pages are read, not who read them.
Your display setting
If you choose light or dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Service providers
We use a hosting provider, an email delivery service and a scheduling service to run the site and reply to you. They handle your information only for those purposes. Some of them may store it outside Canada.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@pjpitchworks.com. We follow Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we add new tools, we will update this statement first.

Using this site
The content here is general information about P&J PitchWorks Co. and our workshops. It may change without notice. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Our services
Workshops are booked through a written proposal or agreement. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. The program builder gives an estimate only, not a quote. The launch offer of 30% off applies to our first three clients during our first month, stacks with the volume rates and counts a client once their first session has run. We ask launch clients for a short testimonial after that session and never name a team without its approval. One launch offer per organization.
No guarantee of results
We are confident in this work, and we build it to improve how teams prepare and show up. Winning a pitch also depends on factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any specific result.
Confidentiality
What we hear and see in your workshops stays confidential to your team and your specific needs.
Ownership
The words, frameworks, logos and designs on this site belong to P&J PitchWorks Co. You are welcome to link to the site and share it. Please ask before copying or reusing our material.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, P&J PitchWorks Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Land acknowledgment
We acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. This land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.
Our workshops are delivered virtually, so we also honour the Indigenous peoples of the lands where each of you joins from.
We are still learning about this history and our responsibility to it. We want our actions to match our words.
